Since the internet became a valuable resource for students researching information all over the world it has also became a landfill for information that is false. It is a necessary skill in this information age to be able to sort out the good information from the bad. Students in this lesson will learn how to critically analyze a website using criteria they create and use preexisting evaluation tools to check to see if the resource is creditable.
This lesson may span over multiple class periods and is meant to move at a pace that allows students to fully explore the issues.
